These terms govern your use of marqflow, including the calculator, workspace, exports, market data and related services.
Using marqflow
You may use marqflow for lawful business planning. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your inputs and every commercial decision you make using the results. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
Planning information, not advice
Calculations, forecasts, market data and guides are estimates for planning purposes only. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. TikTok Shop fees, category rates, taxes, incentives and settlement rules can change; Seller Center and your professional advisers remain authoritative.
Accounts and saved content
Google sign-in or email registration may be used to create your workspace. You retain ownership of the inputs and content you save. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content to provide the service.
Paid features
Prices, billing periods, included features and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Third-party costs such as creator fees, media spend, taxes and platform charges are not included unless expressly stated.
Availability and liability
We work to keep marqflow accurate and available, but provide the service on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or business decisions made from estimates produced by the service.
